You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the pcl3 support team immediately. All information provided in your account must be kept accurate and up to date at all times; providing incorrect information may result in account suspension or termination. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited and will be considered a violation of these terms. Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.
All financial transactions on pcl3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment methods designated on the platform must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Once a transaction is completed, it generally cannot be reversed, so please verify all details before making a payment. Using a third party's account or card for transactions is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals and processing may take a specified amount of time. pcl3 reserves the right to hold funds pending the completion of an investigation into any suspicious transactions.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the pcl3 platform. Activities that disrupt the normal operation of the platform, such as hacking, using bots, or automated software, are strictly prohibited. Misconduct, harassment, or fraudulent behavior toward other users is not permitted. Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain is a serious violation of these terms. Any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. In the event of a terms violation, pcl3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the pcl3 platform are the exclusive property of pcl3. Users may use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, modifying, or republishing any content from the platform without pcl3's written permission is prohibited. No part of the platform may be reverse engineered or decompiled. pcl3 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of intellectual property infringement. Any user-generated content uploaded to the platform is deemed to grant pcl3 a limited license to use such content.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending transactions or balances must be settled before the account is closed. pcl3 reserves the right to immediately close any account due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. After an account is closed, the associated data may be retained for a specified period in accordance with legal requirements. The applicable provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after voluntary account closure. Re-registration after account closure may require prior approval from pcl3.
The pcl3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose is given. pcl3 shall not be liable for any damages caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third parties. Any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or breach of these terms is solely the user's responsibility. pcl3 is not liable for any failed transactions due to internet disconnection or device issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pcl3's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit. pcl3 is not responsible for any damages caused by external websites or third-party services.
Pcl3 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or through the platform.
